CoolFocus includes Segments, Documents, Reports, and Document (attachment) storage. All Reports are AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED immediately when supporting data is added, changed, or deleted. Other tools do NOT generally include this feature.

Design unlimited Documents and Reports with our ground-breaking Merge Tool directly in CoolFocus to merge with your data.

Segments

  • Customized list based on your filter requirements, the columns you want to include, “group by” and sorting
  • Segments can be public (shared with your team) or private
  • Segments can be exported directly to Excel

Documents

  • Design your document in Microsoft Word, then drop in fields to merge from CoolFocus
  • Includes TABLE MERGES TOO! (Nobody else offers this feature. Period.)
  • Unlimited documents can be designed and uploaded
  • Customize built-in Documents such as Giving Statements and Gift Receipts to meet the needs of your affiliate or create your own custom Documents.
  • Attach Documents to Clients, Donors, and Volunteers for future reference.

Reports

  • Includes standard reports, and includes graphing capabilities! Also supports CUSTOM reports (initially built by WayCool support team for you)
  • Run and print built-in reports.

Document Storage – Unlimited

  • Upload images, documents, Excel files, etc. and link to multiple areas in CoolFocus
